Caffè Craze was founded in 1996 as a coffee/espresso catering service. In 1997 we opened a cafe in the train station of Malvern, a charming suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Because of our health-conscious philosophy we were inspired to develop our own "Original Chai" for our cafe customers. "Caffè Frappe", a concentrate made from fresh roasted coffee and used to make delicious, all natural coffee shakes was next to be introduced. Our commitment to using only whole ingredients and nothing artificial was a guiding principle in Caffe Craze’s recipe development. Soon we began to market our all natural concentrates to other cafes such as ourselves.
Caffè Craze Chai is a hand-crafted, all natural, liquid concentrate. We brew premium loose leaf tea, fresh ground spices, ginger root and vanilla bean together in small-batches. This process creates the rich complex flavors that chai is known for. We sweeten our chai with brown sugar and honey. Due to the lack of artificial ingredients, our chai is a healthy, delicious beverage and has no aftertaste.
