Chai Cocktails

 

You can vary the taste of these drinks by using different flavors of our chai concentrate.  Cheers!

Classic Chai Martini --

2  oz. Chai Concentrate

2  oz. Vanilla Vodka

1  oz. Triple Sec

Shake ingredients together with ice.  Add a splash of seltzer if desired.

 

Creamy Chai Martini --

2 oz. Chai Concentrate

2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

2 oz. Whole Milk

Stir ingredients together with ice.  Pour into martini glass. OR- skip the ice and heat in a mug for a cozy after-dinner drink.

1/2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Chai Concentrate "Original" flavor

4 oz. Cava or other sparkling wine

2 oz. Mango Juice

Mix together well and pour over ice in a tall glass.  Serves 2
